It’s been oddly chilly lately; temps are almost sweater necessitating, even though it’s mid-july. I’m dreaming of Paris Nights and New York Mornings….and Fashion Weeks’ just around the corner. I’m craving summer feeling but also warmth, so a cropped knit with a perfect pleated skirt is the outfit option of choice. There’s something “Carrie Bradshaw” esque about this look; it’s cosmopolitan, and not like the drink, and the “cigarette burned” sweater adds the right amount of downtown edge to the flirty and feminine pleats. Topped off with kitschy sunglasses and I’m ready to brave the city for a day of meetings and errands.
