It’s a Lonely Road Where the Forgotten Go

Spring is officially in the air…or at least the hints of it. It’s a weird time of year, this transitional season. You’re like, so over layers of tights and wool socks, thick sweaters and Uggs (#sorrynotsorry for what I wore when I was cold) yet the temps aren’t quite that warm yet that you can go bare-legs. It doesn’t help that in a mere three days I will be basking in the 90 degree African sun. I’m getting by on cozy light-weight sweaters and jeans (no HeatTech tights underneath) and breaking in my cozy new sandals. Casual, yet cool (or at least trying to be).

Let The Records Play Low

I’ve been loving this look lately; edgy, cool, and bold, just like me. These shoes though. When they say “walk a mile in my shoes” if they’re in heels just say no. I walked home in these babies and lemme tell ya, OUCH. Also; little known fact about me: I’m a reader. I’ve realllly been getting into it lately with all of my travels and it’s a nice distraction. Staying in my Play Pretend Where the Fun ain’t got no End

It’s finally spring! Time to say hello to bare skin (and welcome back, tattoos!) Crop tops, short skirt, sunglasses….and let’s not forget the current “it” bucket bag! I’m so so in love with this bag, care of Moda Luxe. Buttery vegan leather in a perfectly bold hue, and it can be dressed up or down; hello versatility! I paired it here with a fun vibed outfit; cheeky vacation and flamingo printed skort I got at the Buffalo Exchange 40th anniversary party, along with the crop top. Topped it off with some pink accessories, and I’m ready for a sunny day!
