Punk Vs Femme Summer Concert Styles!

Hi guys, sorry I haven’t been posting much these days; I’ve been working on myself and trying to fine tune where I’m going in life, and well, I won’t bore you with the details. Basically, I’m sick of always moving, always changing my title, et cetera, and I’m ready to just settle down in a consistent way of life and a home.
Anyway, It’s SUMMMER!! One of my favorite things about summer is the concerts; whether it’s a full on festival (even though Coachella and Bonnaroo have passed, there’s still Warped Tour and Lollapalooza), a small venued show, or a night time at an amphitheater. I know my summer is already starting off right and I can’t wait for all the live music, friends, and summer soaking! To get myself pumped I’ve created a few boards of dreamy looks, adhering to both my punk and feminine sides to each.

What do you think of these looks? Are you going to any summer concerts or shows this season?

Providence Pride

This Saturday my little sister took me to my first Gay Pride Festival ever, and I must say it was quite fun. When scrounging for something to wear I tweeted something along the lines of “what says ‘I like to drink and have fun and support the LGBT community, but I won’t go down on you’?” and I think I succeeded pretty well! We lounged under some shade in between enjoying the booths, and snacked on delicious organic macaroni and cheese from the Rocket food truck! For dinner? Deep fried Twinkie’s, Oreo’s, and Reese’s. Holy heart attack.

BEG (for your life)

Once upon a time I was a 17 year old girl who moved to New York City to pursue her dreams. I was a model and an actress, and doing rather well for myself. And then I grew up, and realized I wouldn’t be young and thin forever so I went to college.

But in those three years before my education, I did a lot of great work. One of my favorite projects was working on the four years coming horror film, BEG. I shot the majority of my scenes when I was 18-19, and the film has FINALLY premiered last night at the Rhode Island Horror Film Festival, where it took the award for Best Feature Film and Best Actor for Tony Moran (The original Michael Myers!)

Here are some pictures from the set, granted they’re a few years old, but that’s me, in character as “Becky”!

I play a cheerleader who stupidly goes walking into the Salem, MA woods alone to get to a party…and we all know what happens when a girl goes into the woods alone in a horror film!

It’s a great movie, and I’m so happy to have been a part of it! Be sure to look for it on FearNet and other horror sets, it should be there soon!
