I want it all to remind me of the first time Willing to fall into forever if I think it feels right
Leather, spikes, studs. Edgy style personifies me so when new DC boutique Rosies and Rockers approached me to work with them I knew we’d be a perfect match. Reminiscent of my adolescent days of growing up trying to shop in Hot Topic (and my mother forcing me to return my purchases the following day), but with a glamorous feel of sexy body hugging and diamond accents, I chose pieces that reflected my versatile style. Perfect for a hot date night out, all this dress needs is the right accessories and some vampy lipstick.

Back to my punk roots with this look! I love my versatility with my style; one day I can flip my hair and nose ring to wear more conservative styles, then there’s days like this where I punk it all out and let the septum ring fly and rock out to my pop-punk tunes. I love my tattoos, and I love that I can be two different people for different occasions. Anyone else out there like me? Aesthetic two-faces, with multiple styles?
Won’t make excuses for anything I’m doing wrong I’ll pull the trigger in a flash Watch out honey, step backIt’s been grey in New England for over a week straight; what even is the sun anymore? I’ve been trying to beat the blues (why don’t we call them greys again?) by being all around productive, but that means shooting in my yellow tinge apartment or in the freezing cold. Today I went a little different and utilized my bathtub because, why not? In addition to lacking Vitamin D, it appears I’m slacking on my iron supplements, aka: don’t mind my hideous bruises that I don’t even have the slightest clue of where they came from.
Todays song of the day puts me in a fun, Gatsby-mood, though the lyrics add the scandal and power, and it’s sucha a great track. How’s everyone liking the tunage per post!? What’s your thoughts on today’s?

What’s the fun in playing it safe? I think I’d rather misbehave
I’m BACK! After a tumultuous October, I’m finally getting my life, and that includes this blog, back on track! The weather here in New England has been rather temperate, even with the impending Hurricane Sandy. I celebrated by going out in shorts, albeit UniqLo HeatTech, but still!
I’ve got some posts queued up for you and some things in the works for all you loyal followers. Thanks so much for following and being so patient, and for all of your kind words in my time of absence! ❤
I think I’m falling….for FALL! Normally I thrive solely for summer; shorts and tees and tanks. But this current change in weather has me looking towards the future. I’m so excited for what fall has in store (see my color & accessories post on FemInspire, as well as my Fall Wishlist). I was thrilled to find these perfectly hued ankle boots at H&M, and threw on this chambray DIY shirt. I’m also ecstatic to be wearing my leather jacket again (from H&M) which has been a favorite of mine since I first bought it.
On the non-sartorial aspect, I’m excited for crunching leaves beneath my feet and New England adventures that I can only hope to include apple picking, pumpkin picking, and a belligerently drunk trip to King Richard’s Faire. What are you excited about for fall (fashionably or life-oriented)!?
Simple outfit I wore to the mall to stock up on some fall pieces with my sister! Kept it fairly simple.
Sorry for my absence, I’ve had little support, morally and financially lately and was feeling really down and irrelevant (really; how could I define my life’s worth by whether or not I own Jeffrey Campbell’s). But with the help of a new job and a smidge of support from my mother and sister, I’m back! and though I’m taking a break from this season’s Fashion Week (the first I haven’t been a part of since 2008) I’m ready to dedicate myself and be back at it better than EVER come February. Until then, my outfit posts may subside, but I solemnly swear to update at least once a week.
