Here’s a recipe, courtesy of my roommate, transcribed by me:
“SO, it’s really easy. You get the cauliflower, wash it (obviously) and then cut the green things off the bottom (the stem). You put it in the bottom of the pan. You lay the cauliflower on top of the bottom.
And then you chop onion; I did two but that’s my preference, it depends on your love of onion, mine is strong.
And then you put a can of pitted black olives in there, just throw that *ish in there, with a little bit of the olive juice, but not all of it.
And then you put olive oil, minced garlic, and garlic salt, to your preferences and taste, and turn that ish on high, like, usually. After about 5-7 minutes turn it down to medium for another 10 minutes, and cover the pot.
Let that cook until the cauliflower is soft enough to cut open with a fork. Then eat it.”
I know it’s not MY recipe of cooking, but it’s delicious and a recipe. So, ENJOY! And did I mention it’s delicious? MAKE IT MAKE IT.
